Senior Business Analyst, BC Ferries Automated Customer Experience Project
The Automated Customer Experience project is a large business transformation project that will see many of the existing reservation and ticketing systems as well as Point of Sale systems replaced in order to deliver alternate models for ferry pricing and revenue generation. Bert was the Senior Business Analyst responsible for End-to-End business processes relating to all Revenue and Financial processes in the Customer Experience and Business Architecture group. Bert facilitated workshops with Customer Service and Finance departments to define improved business processes for the Customer Experience and defined key financial accounting requirements of the new systems as well as integration requirements with existing applications.
